Support
Get help using Desiderius, or find the right address for accounts, data and source questions.
Before you ask
Every Desiderius answer separates three things: facts a source can be checked against, calculations a versioned formula produced, and judgement a model wrote to interpret them. If something in an answer looks wrong, which of the three it belongs to decides where to report it.
Using the chat and calculators
Ask a question in plain language; Desiderius asks for whatever numbers it is missing rather than guessing them. A calculator performs the arithmetic directly - open one from a domain page and enter numbers yourself. See Methodology for how the three parts fit together.
Your account
Sign in or create an account to save scenarios. Forgotten your password? Reset it here. Once signed in, the account page lets you export your data as a single file or delete your account entirely - both take effect immediately, without contacting anyone.
A fact or calculation looks wrong
Report it to corrections@desiderius.ai. The corrections policy explains what happens next: a questionable fact is removed from use or marked unavailable until verified, never quietly replaced with a guess.
Everything else
For account, privacy, technical or general questions, see Contact for the right address. Response times are not guaranteed to be immediate; this is a small, independent project.
